The Board of Directors

Our Directors are dedicated individuals who volunteer their time without compensation to assist the CBD’s efforts to improve the neighborhood. Comprised of 13 members –7 property owners (1 at-large), 3 business owners, and 3 residents – the Board of Directors is in charge of efficiently administering CBD funds to the programs outlined in the Management Plan. Board members are elected for two year terms and there are no limits on the number of terms they can serve.

Each Board member, as a condition for membership, must also serve on a minimum of one committee. Committees are in charge of in-depth discussion, refinement and recommendation of policy to the Board, which then discusses and votes on the committee recommendations.
