The North of Market/Tenderloin Community Benefit Corporation,
is a 501c3 tax-exempt non-profit corporation run by a volunteer Board of Directors and a paid district manager.
The Board is composed of property owners, residents, local businesspeople, and community professionals each
with leadership experience in the Tenderloin community and in relevant professional areas. NOM/TL CBC seeks to create
a neighborhood association that shares resources for the needed extra services that will change the face of the Tenderloin
such as enhanced cleaning, physical beautification, community marketing, safety and street level services for residents,
businesses, visitors, and the unhoused population of San Francisco.
Any changes to the meetings will be posted here. Our
Board meetings are currently scheduled on the third (3rd) Monday of every other month beginning July
2009. We are in the process of determining the best time and day for our Board meetings. The meeting dates will
be posted below as they are set. Call or e-mail District Manager Elaine Zamora for more information. The
committees will usually meet on the in-between months or every month.

CBD Gallery Art Exhibits- rotating every other month. The CBD Gallery currently features Local Wonder 2.
Scheduled to be back by popular demand "Nights at
the Blackhawk" Theatre performances by SF Recovery Theatre- 8:00 p.m. -CBD Community Space. Starting in approximately
October 2010. Watch for updates on specific performance dates here.
